I've worked a few different design jobs and for the past year I've been in a studio that requires a lot of scrolling up and down. Think multipage layouts, long webpages, and the fact that I love flying through a few sites for inspo whenever I get a spare second. I rarely work with a still screen.

Recently I get extremely dizzy at work and have even experienced vertigo while driving. Once I sit still it goes away, but it always comes back whenever I look at my monitors at work.

Does anyone else have experience with this or ideas on how to make it stop?
